An Integrative Wealth Advisor (IWA) helps clients align financial decisions with identity, values, and long-term vision. Drawing from ancient wisdom, modern psychology, and strategic coaching, they offer a human-centered alternative to traditional financial planning.
IWAs support clients in redefining success, clarifying priorities, and transforming money into a tool for meaningful living not just financial accumulation.
You may already be a CFP®, CPA, coach, or consultant. Becoming an IWA is about deepening the way you serve clients.

Unlike traditional advisors who optimize for growth and returns, IWAs optimize for alignment: fulfillment across self-connection, relationships, career, health, and joy.
The result? Stronger client trust. Clearer decisions. Outcomes that matter.
Â
The Five Pillars of Integrative Wealth Client Journey
→ Identity Based Approach
→ Integrative View of Wealth
→ Mindset Mastery
→ Life Design
→ Relational Intelligence
Â
IWAs are trained to navigate the questions clients are actually seeking answers to:
IWAs are trained in deep relational intelligence. They bring structure, presence, and tools to help clients make aligned, values-driven financial choices.
Clients walk away with more than a plan. They walk away with clarity, direction, and a stronger connection to themselves.
IWAs account for all forms of currency - energy, attention, and money - to create integrated, sustainable appraoch.
Every decision is aligned with the client’s core identity, values, and natural design.
The IWA Operating System delivers structure, depth, and adaptability for consistent transformation.
IWAs integrate emotional intelligence, behavioral insight, and strategic thinking to support full-spectrum outcomes.
IWAs bring presence, language, and tools to conversations most advisors avoid transforming complexity into clarity.
The IWA certification is designed for professionals ready to serve at the next level where strategy meets humanity, and money becomes a tool for meaning.Â
Â
Certification is offered through the Integrative Wealth Advisor Immersion, an 8-month hybrid experience led by the Anya Institute.
Certification Requirements:
The IWA does not have exams as it’s focused on human-to-human delivery. Mastery is demonstrated through delivery milestones and a final case study.

Founder
Nick George is the founder of ClearMind Capital, a boutique financial planning firm in Columbus, OH built around one simple belief: clarity in life leads to clarity in wealth. As a Certified Financial Planner™, Nick’s career has spanned big institutions, broker-dealers, and finally, by necessity, a path of his own making. He believes money is not the destination, but a tool to live a more intentional, fulfilling life. Beyond the planning, Nick’s just trying to figure it all out like the rest of us… one messy, beautiful day at a time. He spends his time adventuring with his golden doodle Ollie (the fluffiest doodle), writing whatever’s on his heart, designing everything from business ideas to his own home spaces, and attempting (key word: attempting) to learn piano. Growth, curiosity, and a sense of humor are basically non-negotiables in his world.

Strategic Leader of Life & Legacy
From the time I was six, I knew I wanted to teach. While most kids were playing with toys, I was setting up a classroom and teaching my younger brother how to read. Though my life took a different path, that teacher’s heart never left me. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve built a career in financial services — a far cry from the classroom, yet rooted in the same desire to guide, empower, and help others grow. After 18 years in financial planning and leadership, I made the intentional choice to step away from my profession for nearly a decade to focus on raising and launching my two daughters into adulthood. That chapter shaped me more than any title ever could. It taught me resilience, patience, and how to hold space for transformation — in myself and in others. During that season of life, I fulfilled my childhood dream by teaching financial literacy to young adults. I also started a design and clothing business, became a licensed real estate agent, and leaned into creative expression through photography, digital design, and entrepreneurship. These experiences reminded me that both life and work are art forms — and that success is less about titles and more about creating lasting impact. Today, as President of Five Oceans Advisors, a Scottsdale-based wealth management firm, I lead with that same heart. I don’t work directly with clients; instead, I guide the firm’s culture and strategy — ensuring that every decision reflects our belief that true wealth is about more than money. It’s about building a meaningful life, with intention and heart at the center. Inspired daily by my daughters and the next generation’s energy, I lead with authenticity, boldness, and curiosity. I believe success isn’t a straight line — it’s a journey of reinvention. And every season of mine has been about building, creating, and leading with soul.
