Terms & Conditions – 2027 IWA Cohort

 

1. Program Enrollment & Payment

By enrolling in the Integrative Wealth Advisor (IWA) Certification Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Payment is required in full (or as per an approved payment plan) to secure your spot in the program.
  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for ensuring timely payments. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension or removal from the program.

2. Program Inclusions

Your enrollment grants you access to:

  • A 3-day immersive retreat at Miraval Arizona Resort and Spa (February 9-11, 2027)

  • Virtual Evolution Labs (February–September 2027)

  • Group coaching & office hours

  • Resource & client toolkit library

  • Exclusive membership portal & app

  • IWA Certification upon completion of requirements

    Note: Lodging at Miraval, as well as flights and transportation to/from your home airport, are not included and must be arranged separately by each participant. A booking link with our exclusive group room rate will be provided by Anya.

3. Attendance & Participation

  • In-person attendance at the retreat is required for program participation and certification.
  • Live virtual sessions are highly encouraged for the best experience, but recordings will be available. 75% of the sessions must be attended live, and all must be watched in full for certification.
  • Participants are expected to engage respectfully within the cohort and uphold community guidelines.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the exclusive nature of this cohort, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
  • If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending the retreat, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Alternative solutions may be considered at Anya Institute’s discretion.
  • If Anya Institute cancels the program for any reason, a full or partial refund may be provided.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • All program materials, including workbooks, frameworks, and tools, are intellectual property of Anya Institute. They may not be copied, shared, or used for external training without express written consent.
  • Confidentiality within the cohort is required. Discussions, tools, and resources shared within the program are for personal use only and may not be distributed outside of the program.

6. Code of Conduct

To maintain the integrity of this experience, all participants agree to:

  • Engage with respect, professionalism, and openness.
  • Refrain from any disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Uphold a high standard of integrity and confidentiality within the cohort.

Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in removal from the program without a refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • The program is for educational and human development purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, or medical advice.
  • You are solely responsible for your actions and decisions based on the program’s content.
  • Anya Institute and its affiliates are not liable for any personal, financial, or business outcomes resulting from participation.

8. Media Release & Recording Consent

By enrolling in the Integrative Wealth Advisor (IWA) Retreat and Certification Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • In-person and virtual sessions may be recorded for educational, archival, certification, or promotional purposes.
  • Your image, voice, and participation may appear in these recordings, including but not limited to group discussions, coaching sessions, and training exercises.
  • The Anya Institute may use these recordings (or excerpts) in future training programs, online educational platforms, or promotional and marketing materials.
  • You grant The Anya Institute a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, and distribute such recordings in which you may appear, across all media formats.
  • If you prefer not to be included in promotional materials, you may notify us in writing before the program begins; however, this may not exclude you from internal recordings used for educational and certification purposes.

9. Agreement Acknowledgment
