Terms & Conditions – IWA Alumni Membership (2026)
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:
1. Payment & Pricing
- Payment is required in full or via an approved monthly plan to activate membership.
- Founding Member pricing is locked in only while your membership remains active.
- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
2. Membership Access
- Membership access is valid from March 1 – December 31, 2026.
- Benefits vary by tier (Core, Collective, Fellowship) as described on the enrollment page.
- Access to recordings, materials, and community platforms is for individual use only and may not be shared.
3. Retreats & Events
- Fellowship and Collective tiers may include access to retreats or live events.
- Lodging and transportation are not included and must be arranged separately by participants.
- Event details and booking links will be provided when applicable.
4. Cancellations
- All sales are final.
- Monthly plan members may cancel with 10 business days’ written notice before the next billing date.
- Upon cancellation, access ends at the conclusion of the current paid period.
5. Intellectual Property
- All IWA materials, recordings, tools, and frameworks are the property of The Anya Institute.
- Members receive a limited license to use materials in their own professional practice only.
- Materials may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.
6. Recording Consent
- Sessions may be recorded for educational or promotional purposes.
- By participating, you consent to the use of your image, voice, and participation in such recordings.
- You may request to be excluded from promotional use by notifying us in writing.
7. Disclaimer
- The IWA Membership is for educational and professional development purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice.
- The Anya Institute is not responsible for personal or business outcomes resulting from participation.
8. Code of Conduct
- Members agree to engage respectfully, maintain confidentiality, and uphold community standards.
- Violations may result in removal from the membership without refund.
9. Agreement
